He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Stephen and Jean; and his aunt Marion. He is survived by: his husband Jeanne Aymar; his sibling Jim (Brenda); his father-in-law Johnny (late Madeline); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Chessman (Tom), Bob (Nicolene), Dave, Tom (Sharon), Bill, Phil (late Jeanna) and Jay.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Chemo Clinic at Mackenzie Health in appreciation of the amazing care they gave to Tom over the last few years would be appreciated.
