He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Gregory De Souza and Carmelita; his siblings, Compton (Jean), Theresa (Peter), Michael (Norma), Marie (Bernard), Lydia (Vibert), Malcolm (Patricia), Andrew (Debbie) and Alban (Margot); and his stepfather Ulric Alban.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, David Wayne (Myriam), Grant and Blaine; his grandchildren, Kayla (Brandon), Briana (Mitchell), Vanessa (Matthew), Jordan and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Milena, Gabriel, Emilia, Carmela, Simone, Sophina and Tonino; and his siblings, Kay Francis, Winston (Anne), Carmelita (Desmond), Donna (Keith) and John (Marissa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
