He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Berezansky; his parents, Ubbo and Helena; his siblings, Leo, Richard, Willie, Dickie and Annie; and his nephews, Johnny and Lenny.
He is survived by: his former wife Arlene; and his children, Robert, James, Helena and Anita.
In honor of Ubbo's memory, his family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of their choosing, in lieu of flowers.
