With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Velzora Irene Newman in Toronto, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Williams and Hazel Williams (McLean); and her siblings, Jessie McFawn, Muriel Newman, Reverend Lloyd Williams, Vernon Williams and Albert Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Newman; her children, Kim Ross (late Doug), Ken Newman (Shannon), Kevin Newman (Bonnie) and Kirby Newman (Abby); her grandchildren, Joe, Raymond, James, Holly, Justin, Krystal, Chantelle, Caitlin, Cassandra and Brandon; and her sibling Lovingly. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Simcoe Hall Settlement House have been suggested by the family.
