He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ramsden; his sons, Michael (Monica MacIsaac) and David (Marina Ramsden); his grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Melissa and Darren; and his great grandchildren, Élyse, Chloé, Ivy, Van, Maxwell and Connor. He is also survived by his extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Victor will be appreciated by the family.
