She was predeceased by: her parents, Brigette and James. She is survived by: her husband George; her daughter Lori; her siblings, Pat, Jack, Jimmy, Doreen and Maureen; and her pets, Sassy and Max. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister- and brother-in-law's and close friends.
Elaine believed deeply in charity and helping those in need. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Scott Mission, The Yonge Street Mission, Covenant House, or The Daily Bread Food Bank which were just a few of the charities that she supported.
