We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2026, at the age of 85, Vidalia Maria Couto (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Laurentina Garcia and Tiberio Garcia; her siblings, Adrianna, Ilda, Horossio, Fatima, Edwarda and Arthur; her children, Humberto, Nilton and Richard; her grandchildren, Ricki, Abbey and David; and her great grandchild Angel Xavier.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home (2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
