He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Ferlisi and Maria Ferlisi; and his brothers, Tony and Bruno. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Joe (Doris); his grandchildren, Vincent, Anthony and Ava; his sister Assunta (Marino); and his sisters-in-law, Franca and Pina.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel (2058 Kipling Ave, Toronto, ON M9W4J9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1).
