She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Saliba and Mary Saliba. She is survived by: her children, Brian (Patty), Lisa (Robert) and Martin (Rani); her grandchildren, Brent (Veronica), Alexandria (Gabriel), Ceara, Cassandra, Carter and Corinne; and her great grandchild Leo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Neweduk - Erin Mills Chapel (1981 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K1R2). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (480 Rathburn Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9C3S8).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Virginia Galea's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
