He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Lacalamita (Leone); his siblings, Antonia, Frank and Maria; and his siblings' children, Angelo, Victor, Leonard and Frances.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Lacalamita and Barbara Lacalamita (John Radford); and his granddaughter Jennifer Radford (Matthew Garland). He is also survived by many nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
