As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Vjekoslav may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vid and Zorka; and his sister Mileva Longin. He is survived by: his wife Franca Vidov; his sons, Mark (Patricia) and Jeffrey (Lilian Fung); his grandsons, Andrew and Matthew; and his siblings, Ljubica Jurisic (Frane) and Marino. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (24 Cheritan Ave, Toronto, ON M4R1S4). A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the York Cemetery (160 Beecroft Rd, North York, ON M2N5Z5).
