He was predeceased by: his grandmother Julia Prusak (John); and his parents, Martin and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Rolly; his children, Sasha (Kim) and Allen (Lara); and his grandchildren, Emma, Charlie, Kiera and Gabriel.
