He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Farrell and Sarah MacNeil of Glace Bay; and his siblings, Joseph, Raymond, Stephen, Malcolm, Alexander, Charles, Cyril, Emily McAllister, Theresa Russell, Kay Crystal, Florence Leont, Seraphine Livingstone, Mary Ready, Angelorum Deane, Marina Farrell and Donalda Farrell. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at 61 Fairfax Crescent, Scarborough, ON M1L1Z7. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T3M1).
