He is survived by: his wife Erika; his children, Peter (Astrid) and Susan (Tom); his grandchildren, Kirsten (Torsten), Jillian (Allen), Ryan (Shannon), Peri (Matt), Melissa (Max) and Allyson (James); and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Leif, Willamina, Lillian, Ari and Lochlann.
