He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, David (Delaine) and Juanita (Daniel); his grandchildren, Katie, Amy, William, Matthew, Christopher and Amber; his brother Keith (DeeDee); and his brother-in-law Larry (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
