He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughters, Jessica and Melissa (Ryan); his grandson Jaxon; his sister Margaret Meek; his brother-in-law Murdo MacPherson; his niece Alison; his nephew Eric MacPherson; and his brother Alan (Cheryl).

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral services will remain private.
