He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ryder and Jane Ryder; and his brothers, Terry, Dick, Dermot, Eamon and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Elena; his daughters, Gloria Ryder (Jeff Mitscherling) and Helen Rendl (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kate, Michael and David.
