He was predeceased by : his wife Rita Agnes; his parents, John and Sarah; and his siblings, Mary, Jenny, Danny, Cyril, Junior and Eddie.

He is survived by : his children, Bernadette McGraw (Douglas), Sarah Ireland (John Paul), William Jr., Barry (Kellie) and Anita Herrera (Arnel); his grandchildren, Michael, Bradley, Lorena, Natalie, Jordan, Nicole, Erin, Danielle, Elisa and Ryan; and his sister Betty. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
