Bruce Gordon wrote a sympathy message

“We have lost " One of the Good Ones " . Met Bill at Carleton University in the early 60's , became friends ( as he did with so many people ) , and stayed in touch through business and Carleton gatherings . It always seemed like we'd seen each other recently and frequently , but that wasn't the case . It was Bill , remembering names , places , and good times , that made it feel like that . He contributed everywhere , his family , his firm , his friends . He will be sorely missed ! Bruce Gordon”
