He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda; his daughter Amanda; and his parents, Doreen and Fred Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal (Colin); his sister Debbie (Mike); his nephew Jeff (Ashley); his niece Joanne (Brendan); and his sister-in-law Nancy.
