It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marinus Oscar Francis Vereecke (Tottenham, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Andre Vereecke. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Sarah Boyer (Grant), Rachel Vlietstra (Justin), Michaela Straatsma (Devin) and Joshua Vereecke (Jason Tavares); his grandchildren, Rylie, Chelsie, Charlie, Bobby, Mckenna, Oscar and Peyton; his mother Georgette Vereecke; and his sister-in-law Claudia Teller (Gary McQuillan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rod Abrams Funeral Home Ltd. (1666 Tottenham Rd, Tottenham, ON L0G1W0).
