He was predeceased by : his parents, Arie and Jannigje; and his brother Bas. He is survived by : his siblings, John, Gerry, Eric and Sya (Albert Nyenhuis). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and his many, many friends.
