He is survived by: his sons, Jerry (Annette), Henry (Sharon), Rick (Lenore), Roger (Suzanne), Jim (Lisa) and Mike (Janelle); his grandchildren, Kari, Roberto (Iris), Henry, Joshua, Shannon (Andrew), Trevor (Laura), Scott (Tanya), Brett (Angela), Carissa (Jorden), Shayla (Jon), Alex (Rachel), Adam, Brandon (Katelyn), Danielle, Andrew (Kae-Lynn), Alyssa, Jill (Colin), Elizabeth, Martin (Alex), Leroy, Malik and Leilani; his friend Mary-Ann Walsh; his siblings, Frances and Sytske; and his sister-in-law Alice Mans (John).
