He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Fitzpatrick and Loretta Fitzpatrick (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Inez Fitzpatrick; and his daughters, Courtney Fitzpatrick (Linden Leung) and Casey Fitzpatrick (Nathan Duxbury).
The family kindly requests that donations be made in memory of Terry to Operation Come Home or to the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority which reflect his interest in assisting youth in our community and his love of the outdoors.
