He was predeceased by: his daughter Joeanne Smith; and his grandson Aiden Morgan. He is survived by: his close friend Deborah Plummer; his children, Jackie Jeffery (Shawn Morgan), Nikki Lafee (Adam Shewnan), Ronnie Lafee (Sheila Kippen), Trish Smith (Rob Postma), Phillip Smith (Jodi) and Robert Smith; and his grandchildren, Tyler Jeffery (Daar Hughes), Dylan Morgan, Cameron Hazelton, Alyssa Pruden, Thomas Hazelton, Breeanna Hazelton, Codi Hazelton, Brett Smith, PJ Smith, Abby Smith, Brooke Jeffery, Kaiden Jeffery, Riley Dunk, Emerson Hazelton, Kyden Hazelton, Devon Kippen, Bailey Kippen and Courtney Main.
In lieu of flowers a donation to Trenton Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
