He was predeceased by : his parents, Watson Fletcher and Winnifred Fletcher; and his brother Randall. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his children, Regan (Betty) and Lanja; and his grandsons, Tyler, Brady and Sam.

Mike Hope wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry to hear of your loss. Fletch was our sailing instructor for the yacht clubs keel boat course. Even though he wouldn’t let us sail together during the course, some belief that couples don’t play together nicely when sailing together, we’re forever thankful he organized and ran such a great course. The sailing community has lost a great contributor. Mike and Mary Hope”
