Don Manders Obituary
We announce the death of Don Manders of Trenton, Ontario, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 82. Don will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Don will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Don will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Don’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon Manders (Hill); his parents, Raymond Manders and Margaret Manders; his children, Faye Reid (Dustin) and Lynn Manders (Adam Gordon); and his grandchildren, Hayden, Lauren, Cade and Oliver.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Homes - Trenton (60 Division St, Trenton, ON K8V4W5). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peters Roman Catholic Church (140 Dundas St W, Quinte West, ON K8V4Y2).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
