She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fitzsimmins and Dorothy Fitzsimmins; her husband Norman Poirier; and her siblings, Anne Fitzsimmins, Alice Booth, Helen Van, Hayden and Thomas Fitzsimmins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Carleton and Dorothy Hunter (Patrick); her granddaughters, Karen Pavel and Krista Rappel (Jason Casey); her great grandchildren, Heather Hall (Matt), Erik Hiltz, Austin Brasier (Danielle), Griffin Casey and Phoenix Casey; her great great grandchildren, Peyton Hiltz and Estelle Brasier; and her siblings, Fred Fitzsimmins, Eileen Hunt (Rick), Martha Koetzle (Sigi) and James Fitzsimmins (Sharon).
