He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Audrey Brown; his children, Debbie O'Rourke of Brampton, Terri Shipton (Chris) of Bailieboro and Steve Brown (Janice) of Campbellford; and his grandchildren, Pierre Taschereau (Rima), Jason Bratberg (Frankie), Ian Bratberg (Amy), Sarah Cruikshank (Steve), Brandon Schantzer (Colleen), Nick Brown and Alex Brown (Mike).
