He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; and his children, Linda Postma (Neil Curtis), John Postma (Ruth McHugh), Dan Postma (Lee Linton), Dave Postma and Grant Postma. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home (29 Bay St, Quinte West, ON K8V1H2). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Weaver Funeral Home (29 Bay St, Quinte West, ON K8V1H2). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery.
