She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Hietala; and her grandparents, Eugene, Audrey Hietala, George and Marilyn MacDonald.

She is survived by: her father Kerry Hietala (Mary); her sibling Kory Hietala (Julie) of Codrington; her stepsiblings, Melissa (Tom), Kaitlynn (Paul) and Emily (Cody); her sibling's children, Danielle McDonald (Josh), Kal Hietala, Preston, Violet, Brayden and Hudson; and her great-nephews, Trey and Seth. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
