He is survived by: his children, Hilda VanNetten (Ted), Michael John Voskamp (Amy), Peter Voskamp (Kathy), Arlene Saunders (Chris), Ruth Ann Van Egmond (David) and Rachel Rashotte (Mark); his grandchildren, Joel, Lindsey, Rowen, Hank, Leo, Evelyn, Rose, Derek, Justin, Ben, Michael, Richard, Jonah, Lucas, Daniel, Bridgette, Alida and Sam; his great grandchildren, Ewen, Charlotte, Frances, Nora, Adelaide, Leland, Neve, Isla, Willem, Hendrik, Ollie, Madeline, Kierra, Ursa and Gideon; his brothers, Dick (Emmy), John (Janet) and Harry (Suzanne); and his sister-in-law Martha.
