She was predeceased by: her parents, Martti Jarvenpaa and Lila Jarvenpaa; and her brother Kalervo. She is survived by: her spouse Barrie Allen; her children, Sean Allen and Kris Allen; her grandchild Sydney Allen; and her siblings, Arja, Heli, Pirjo, Marja and Kari.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Family Home (46 Northumberland Blvd, Trenton, ON K8V1H9).
