He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Forgrave); his son Timothy; the mother of his children Sharon Southward; his stepdaughters, Rachel (Aaron), Amy Ward (Warren) and Amber (Alistair); his siblings, Teresa (Vince), Ray (late Carol), Anne and Frank; and his close friend Matt Acker.
