He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Phillips and Earl Phillips; his wife Marie Phillips (Molloy); and his brother George Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Phillips and David Phillips (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Alicia (Andrew) and Mitchell (Alesha); his sister Barbara Phillips; and his friend Shirley Love.
