He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Kornblum; his children, Chris Kornblum (Lori), Teresa Kornblum, Cynthia Wannamaker (Jeff) and Amanda Carter (Scott); his grandchildren, Megan, Brendan (Taylor), Ryan, Victoria (Nathan), Collin, Waylan, Courtney, Morgan, Nolan, Alyssa (Rodney) and Nathan; his siblings, Kay Young (John), Sam Kornblum (Linda), Rob Kornblum (Donna) and Lawrence Zachariah (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Brant Nancy (late Larry), Clarke Potter, Vonnie, John Leclerc, Dennis and Dana Bruyea.
