He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Millie; his parents, Mathew Quinn and Clara Quinn; his children, Rusty, Tim Quinn and Tom Jr.; his grandchildren, Tia, Tanja, Blair and Matt; his stepchildren, Lynn, Chuck, Steven and Lisa Baker; his siblings, Jack, Herb, Fred, Anne, Helen, Jim and Patty; and his stepgrandchildren, Marc, Jordan, Timothy, Drew, Megan and Amanda. He was also cherished by his many nieces, and nephews.
