We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2025, at the age of 79, Toan Vi Ha (Trenton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Linh; and his children, Hung, Han, Vinh and Cindy. He is also survived by spouses, and 8 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home (29 Bay St, Quinte West, ON K8V1H2).
