With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Greg Whaites (Tweed, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Greg left this world on October 29, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whaites and Phyllis Whaites; and his sibling Laurie Whaites. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Burr (David) of Tweed, Chris Whaites and B. Dear; his siblings, Wayne Whaites, Susan Kelly (Bill) and Janice MacMillan (Hugh) of Newmarket; and his grandchildren, Hudson and Emma. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
