He is survived by : his wife Mona; his children, Beverley (Daniel Tooley) and Paul (Christine); his grandchildren, Kelly, Derek Tooley, Kyle (Grace), Justin and Craig Couperthwaite; his great grandchildren, Henry and Emma Couperthwaite; his sister Helen (late Richard); and his sisters-in-law, Lois (late Murray), Liz, Joyce and Anne (Tom).
