She is survived by: her son Garwood (Lydia); her granddaughter Alexa; her daughter Alison; her grandson Jason; her daughter Carly; her brother Ian Jacques; her nephew Adam (Jasmine); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna, Stella and Niko; and her nephew Andrew.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R5G1). A reception will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (6150 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3P2P3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Clare's memory may be made to either Stouffville Presbyterian.
