He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anna Mae Whalen; his children, Jeff Whalen, Janice Whalen (Peter Tomes), Brett Whalen (Alexis) and Michael Whalen; his grandchildren, Kayley Whalen, Noah Whalen, Hannah Whalen, Brady Tomes, Amy Whalen, Bryce Whalen and Ryder Tomes; and his brothers, Doug Whalen (Dale), Ted Whalen (Judy) and Bill Whalen (Irene). He was also cherished by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dixon - Garland Funeral Home (166 Main Street N, Markham, ON L3P 1Y3). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
