He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hooper and Louis Hooper; his wife Carol Margaret Hooper; and his siblings, Lou and Barbara.

He is survived by: his children, Kimberly (Jay), Pamela (Bob) and Jason; his grandchildren, Sierra, Hunter, Sean, Tyler, Jesse and Ethan; and his sisters, Crystal, Suzanne and Jennifer. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
