She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Mendonça (Tony); her brothers, Joao Azevedo and Manuel Azevedo; and her sister-in-law Maria Azevedo. She is survived by: her son Liberio Mendonça (Lib); her daughter-in-law Sheila Mendonça; her grandson Nathan Mendonça; her close friend Ilario Pellizzari; her siblings, Alice Garcia and Jose Azevedo; and also Anna Pellizzari.

Because he has been exposed to COVID-19, Lib must isolate for 14 days and is not able to attend a funeral service so a memorial will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made directly to The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County at dementiasociety.thankyou4caring.org or to a charity of your choice.
