She is survived by: her children, Ryder and Lauren; her parents, Jodi Hart and Robyn Greatrex; her sibling Alysha (Will); her sibling's children, Brooklynn and Paitynn; and her grandparents, Wayne, Sylvia Hart and Rick Mckee.

The family asks that donations be made in Kailyn's memory to Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
