He was predeceased by: his parents, Horst Katz and Maria Katz; Laurie Hepburn-Gallagher and Grant Hepburn. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hepburn-Katz; his children, Hunter (Angie), Holden (Brianna) and Mallory; his grandchild Remy Trelawny-Katz; his brother Robert Katz (Lynne); and his in-laws, Scott Hepburn (Monica), Ian Hepburn and Sean Gallagher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
