He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his parents, William Neil Fraser and Mary Olive (McIlwain); and his brother Neil (Sylvia). He is survived by: his children, Catherine (Stephen Quinn), Jennifer (Troy Berry), Margaret (Rodney Lobb) and Andrew (Tiffany Smith); his brothers, Malcolm (Jean), Gordon (late Sandra) and Alastair; and his close friend Sadie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (151 Bond St, Vankleek Hill, ON K0B1R0). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McLaughlin Cemetery (7500 ON-34, Vankleek Hill, ON K0B1R0).
