She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Crooks; and her brother Leonard MacIntyre (Joyce Tomalty). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gary (Lisa Lecappelain), Curtis (Rae-Anne Lanningan), Tanika (Randy MacKinnon), Bradley (Paige Lee), Zackery, Brittany and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Kerrigan, Leni, Gavin, Peyton, Sierra and Bennett. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Vankleek Hill Curling Club (136 Bond St, Vankleek Hill, ON K0B1R0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (488 Front Rd, Hawkesbury, ON K6A2T4).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in Eileen's memory.
