It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Horner (Vaughan, Ontario), who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Edward Horner; and her brothers, Edward Sokolowski (Ruth Ann) and Al Soko. She is survived by : her children, Linda (Jack Churchill), Gary Edward Horner and Carol (Gary Cohn); her sisters, Helen Hagerman (late Bruce) and Ruth Weldon (late Jack); her grandchildren, Jon, Kim, Melissa and David; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Connor, Sierra and Eben; and her friend Shannan.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 10th 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (7776 Kipling Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L1Z2). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 10th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Scott Funeral Home ~ Woodbridge Chapel (7776 Kipling Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L1Z2). A burial was held on Friday, September 10th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Physical distancing and wearing a mask will be mandatory for all guests.
