She is survived by: her husband Luigi; her children, John (Sandra), Vivian (Baldassare), Grace (Mike) and Gina (John); her great grandchildren, Remy, Mira, Olivia, Tristan, Daniel, Aaliyah, Bradley, Kyle and Owen; and her siblings, Luciano, Maria and Rosa.
If so desired, donations in memory of Concetta may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
